Celebration '76 Group Thank You Letter

Draft of a generic letter sent to local groups to thank them for the time given at their meeting to explain the Celebration '76 Bicentennial project. The letter also explains when and where the interest meeting is for those wanting to become involved in Celebration '76, and asks that the group announce the meeting to their members. Dear Thank you so much for allowing "Celebration 76" some of your recent meeting time. It was a pleasure to meet with your group and explain our Becentennial [Bicentennial] project to you. We also appreciate your willingness to circulate our sign up sheets. When we spoke to your group, we indicated that there would be a meeting of interested per- sons in the near future The date for that meeting has now been set. It will be held Sunday March 21, 1976 at 2:30 pm at Columbian High School Auditorium. We would be grateful, if you would announce this meeting to your group.
