Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan satu dari beberapa faktor utama kematian pada balita. ISPA bisa mengakibatkan komplikasi apabila tidak ditangani secara baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna memperoleh gambaran pengetahuan ibu mengenai ISPA pada toddler di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwosari Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Responden penelitian ini mayoritas memiliki usia 26-35 tahun (61.4%), dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA (74.3%), berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga (74.3%), usia toddler 2 – < 3 (44.3%), dan memiliki anak laki-laki (57.1%).
