Modelle zur aufgabengeführten Produktionsausführung in der wandlungsfähigen Produktion

Production of goods in Europe faces the challenge to realize more and more totally customized products with constantly increasing complexity by the same number of workers. Using the approach of changeable production, multiple product generations and different variants shall be produced on the same production system. At the same time, the system shall adapt quickly to changing requirements in terms of product variants, material specifications and production processes. This thesis aims at minimizing the efforts for this adaption and reducing time-to-market for new product variants. To do so, the need for adaption will be understood as a manufacturing task, which is stated against the production system and is to be executed in a largely automated way. To meet the requirements, a distributed approach is selected, which shifts both the necessary instruments for simulation and prediction as well as the exercise of finding parameters for the process (control recipe) towards the individual work stations. Production planning and execution, together with equipment integration, is interlinked by an integrated data management. A method for synchronising distributed production equipments allows upgrading the overall system at any time while keeping the single equipments universal, modular and compatible. The elaborated concepts are validated by three demonstration systems from automotive, aerospace and electrical components industries. An accelerated planning and simulation of new product variants, a time-parallel production execution of these and operation and routing flexibility is motivated. The reconfigurability of the systems and a comprehensive quality management is demonstrated
