PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS 1 SD

This study attempts to ascertain if applying the Problem Based Learning learning paradigm to flat form material improves students' learning outcomes and results in terms of critical thinking abilities. This study is a two-cycle classroom action research project. All of the class 1A students of SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang who participated in this study totalled 23, including 13 females and 10 boys. in the first semester of the academic year 2021–2022. The information for this study came from field notes, written tests, and observations. The study's findings show an improvement in critical thinking abilities from cycle I, going from 67% to 84% in cycle II. After using the Problem Based Learning paradigm for two cycles, student knowledge learning results improved. In cycle II, mastery learning increased from cycle I by 52% to 96%
