ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic progressive disease when the body is unable to carry out proper metabolic processes in carbohydrates, lipids and proteins so that it can cause hyperglycemia. DM sufferers need physical activity such as diabetic foot exercises because these exercises can improve the blood circulation process so that the process of delivering nutrients to the tissue is smoother, strengthens muscles and can reduce blood glucose levels.
