This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of muzakki's internal and external factors on the motivation to pay zakat through the level of faith, knowledge of zakat, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, personal selling, accountability, and transparency of financial reporting. The sample in this study was 100 muzakki registered at BAZNAS of Central Java Province. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. This study used a questionnaire method and SEM-PLS for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability and transparency have a positive and significant influence on muzakki's trust, while service quality has no significant positive effect on trust.
