Each country contains its own laws and regulations through which it ensures the protection of freedoms and rights as well as the exercise of various activities. One of the biggest problems faced by states all over the world is the misuse of official office. And precisely for this reason, many countries have incorporated this offense as a criminal offense in their Criminal Codes in order to prevent and punish all its perpetrators.
