LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL Amendment. Amends Article II, section 3, and Article XX, section 11, of the State Constitution to eliminate provisions disqualifying electors convicted of an infamous crime, embezzlement or misappropriation of public money and to now provide for the disqualification of an elector while mentally incompetent, or imprisoned or on parole for the conviction of a felony.
