Globally, nurses in the health care system have affected the quality of work life due to dynamic changes in the work environment. This study assesses nurses' quality of work life in government hospitals. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1008 nurses who worked at five government hospitals in Malaysia. The respondents had almost similar results, with 50.1% of the respondent being satisfied with QoWL. The nurse's quality of work-life is at a moderate level.
