The following paper describes how trust management can be linked into the project management structures of an organisation, based on the case studies of two project-driven companies: a general design contractor in the construction industry and a supplier for the automotive industry. Both companies have chosen specific approaches on how to support the establishment of a good trust basis within their multidisciplinary and multipartner innovation projects by analyzing the typical workflow of a project and implementing suitable tools.
