MATERNIDADE E TRABALHO: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA PRODUÇÃO NACIONAL ENTRE 2010 E 2020

The aim of this study is to analyze the national scientific production of the last 10 years in relation to maternity and work, as well as to identify changes in the scope and findings of the studies in the last decade, compared to previous surveys on the subject. The review was performed using the Publish or Perish program from Google Scholar records. The initial search retrieved 542 records that after applying the criteria and inclusion and exclusion resulted in a final sample of 21 articles. In methodological terms, qualitative, transversal and exploratory studies prevail, which limits the reach of the conclusions of these studies and, consequently, of this review. The analysis of the production indicates an increase in Brazilian production on the subject, but also the concentration of production in a small group. The list of topics analyzed in the surveys, compared to previous studies, has not changed much, and the problems identified remain the same. The results also indicate the importance of maternity leave as a labor right, and the impact of social and cultural changes, such as the phenomenon of postponing maternity leave.A relação entre maternidade e trabalho representa ponto central nos estudos sobre desigualdade entre gêneros no mercado de trabalho. A compreensão desta relação é fundamental para o desenvolvimento de ações que minimizem as dificuldades das mulheres no mercado de trabalho. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a produção científica nacional dos últimos 10 anos em relação à maternidade e trabalho, bem como identificar as mudanças da última década no escopo e achados dos estudos, comparativamente a levantamentos anteriores. A amostra final composta de 21 artigos, que em termos metodológicos são em maiorias qualitativos, transversais e exploratórios. A análise da produção indica aumento da produção brasileira, mas também a concentração da produção em um pequeno grupo de autoras e autores. A lista de tópicos analisados nas pesquisas, em comparação com estudos anteriores sofreu algumas alterações que refletem mudanças sociais, como a inserção do tema do adiamento da gravidez. No entanto, os problemas enfrentados pelas mulheres permanecem os mesmos indicando um possível baixo impacto das mudanças sociais e normativas sobre o mercado de trabalho.
