AIOM-L Corona aimed to assess the prognostic factors associated with outcomes in 231 cancer patients infected by SARS-CoV-2 between March and September 2020 in Lombardy, the most extensively affected Italian region. A total of 93 events occurred. Known risk factors for mortality in COVID-19 remained significant in the study population. Specifically, age >= 60 years, metastases, dyspnea, desaturation, and interstitial pneumonia were all associated with mortality.
