International audienceThis text responds to an explicit request for a review of my book (‘book review’) Eduquer à l‘environnement par l‘approche sensible. Art, ethnologie et écologie (To educate about the environment through a sensitive approach. Art, ethnology and ecology), prefaced by Allain Bougrain Dubourg and postfaced by Jean Malaurie. Given that the book is composed of two parts: a first part of anthropological analysis and a second part of pedagogical proposals supported by original ESE activity sheets responding to concepts, the article follows the formal logic of the book which also responds to an epistemological logic
