Migration flows into Europe in the last decade necessitate the development of innovative policies that consider migrants’ integration while ensuring national and regional interests. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) can play an effective role in facilitating such integration. Thus, ICT development and diffusion must be considered when developing migration policies in EU Member States to maximise impact and reduce barriers to deployment.
