Objective: To identify auto-antibodies in systemic sclerosis with interstitial lung disease (ILD). Method: This was a descriptive categorical study on auto-antibody profile in systemic sclerosis patients visiting the Rheumatology Clinic of Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, West Java, and Bandung during the period of January 2018 to December 2019 who were registered in the West Java Systemic Sclerosis Registry. Auto-antibody identification was performed using the Euroline immunoblot assays.Results: Thirty six cases were identified during the study period with most of the cases involved women (n=35, 97.2%).
