The paper addresses the emerging paradigm of performing project management over the web. It describes the pitfalls in current project management practices amidst the challenges they have to face due to increasing project complexities.At present, the government, industry and clients are all seeking to bring about change in the construction industry to improve quality, competitiveness and profitability and increase value to clients.
