Tees Valley Gypsy and Traveller accommodation needs assessment : Executive summary

This research and report was commissioned by a number of partnerauthorities (Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council,Middlesbrough Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council,Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council and the Tees Valley Joint Strategy Unit)in July 2007. The study was conducted by a team of researchers from theSalford Housing & Urban Studies Unit at the University of Salford withassistance by staff at the Centre for Urban and Regional Research at theUniversity of Birmingham. The study was greatly aided by research supportand expertise from members of the Gypsy and Traveller communities
