In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden in asymptotisch flachen Mannigfaltigkeiten Flächen vorgeschriebener mittlerer Krümmung konstruiert. Diese Mannigfaltigkeiten sind Modelle für Anfangsdaten der Einsteinschen Feldgleichungen, die isolierte gravitierende Systeme beschreiben. Die konstruierten Flächen bilden eine Blätterung der asymptotischen Region einer solchen Mannigfaltigkeit und definieren so zum Beispiel die Niveaus einer geometrischen Radialkoordinate. Desweiteren gelingt es uns den ADM-Impuls der Daten aus der Geometrie der Bläterung zu rekonstruieren.
