Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die in vitro Kraftverläufe und beleuchtet den Effekt von externen tibialen Belastungszuständen auf den Kraftverlauf im vorderen Kreuzband während einer simulierten Knieflexion mit Körpergewichtsbelastung. Neun humane Kadaverknie wurden an einen dynamischen Kniesimulator angebracht, um gewichtbelastete Knieflexionen mit einer Bodenreaktionskraft von 100 N zu simulieren. Gleichzeitig kam ein Roboter/ UFS Messungssystem zum Einsatz, welches im Kniekinemator dazu benutzt wurde externe tibiale Belastungszustände während der Bewegung zu simulieren.
