The article presents the author\u27s comments and suggestions on effective leaders. He states that leaders must hone their skills as problem-finders, not just problem-solvers. The author suggests that if leaders wish to discover the problems that could mushroom into large-scale failures in their organizations, they too must venture out of their offices.
