U S O December 15, 1943 To Whom it may concern: I wish to thank you for both the cigarettes and the letter which I received today. I am now stationed in the District and am expecting a corporal\u27s rating any day now. I am very fortunatein that I\u27m getting a furlough for X\u27mas and then will be able to be home for that very important Holiday. Herman Rosen is in Ireland.
