Add to ORKGThis chapter explores the role of the green entrepreneur in the transformation towards a more sustainable society. We do so by first, explaining what green entrepreneurship is and how it is different from related types of entrepreneurship. Next we will explore the prevalence and the insights we have on the drivers of green entrepreneurship. Finally we will discuss the role of the green entrepreneur in economy and society as well as policy implications
