Purpose: To compare the repeatability of ocular biometry measured with the LENSTAR LS 900, IOLMaster 700, and Anterion and its impact on predicted intraocular lens (IOL) power.Setting: Tertiary eye-care facility in South India.Design: Prospective, observational, cross-sectional study.Methods: Eyes diagnosed with cataract had 3 consecutive scans on each biometers. The repeatability was assessed using the within-subject standard deviation (S-w), test-retest repeatability, and coefficient of variation (CoV).
