Simple Summary The aim of the present review is to analyze the novel and most relevant prognostic factors in primary and recurrent cervical cancer. Based on our findings, tumour budding and cell nest size grading system, depth of stromal invasion, lympho-vascular space invasion, perineural invasion, tumor free distance and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes appeared the most relevant factors which may be included in the pathology report to help future studies to further elucidate cervical cancer prognosis.
