Dr Dorothy Cowser Yancy, President of Johnson C Smith University in South Carolina, addresses students during her visit to Swinburne to sign an agreement with the Vice-Chancellor. The agreement, which focuses on students in the business and information systems, is between Swinburne and one of America’s black universities, the Johnson C Smith University.
