Musterbildung in Gasentladungssystemen mit Si:Pt Kathoden wird systematisch untersucht. Das Zustandsdiagramm in der Ebene der Kontrolparameter (die Leitfähigkeit des Halbleiters und die Quellspannung) wird experimentell bestimmt. Der Einfluß des Gasdrucks p und des Abstands d zwischen beiden Elektroden auf das Zustandsdiagramm wird untersucht. Während vorhergehende Experimente ausschließlich Stickstoff benutzten, werden in der vorliegenden Untersuchung auch andere Gase, d.h. He, Ne und Ar, verwendet. Im Falle von Ar werden die Phänomenologie der Musterbildung und das typische Zustandsdiagramm beschrieben und die Abhängigkeit des Zustandsdiagrams von p und d untersucht.
