Background: The American Organization for Nursing Leadership study (2021) found that nurse managers are experiencing high levels of stress which is negatively impacting their well-being. Purpose: The purpose of this project was to implement a cognitive behavioral skill building program for nurse managers to improve well-being. Methods: The population was 22 nurse managers who work in an acute care setting in a midwestern pediatric hospital. The MINDBODYSTRONG program was implemented using a virtual platform with one session per week for a 7-week period.
