National audienceThe research focuses on the impact of emotions on the social representation (SR) of teamwork according to gender affiliation. One hundred and thirty management students had to recall very positive and negative emotional events experienced directly after participating in a teamwork situation. Reported emotions were categorized into positive and negative emotions. After having identified the content and structure of the SR of teamwork prior to the teamwork situation (phase 1), we analyzed the cognitive impact of the two emotional classes on the SR of teamwork (phase 2) . This impact resulted in a clarification of SR according to the status of the components of the representational field and the gender belonging of the subject...
