The purpose of this study was to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) of goat milk kefir. This research was conducted from November to December 2021 at the Laboratory of Animal Products Technology, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Brawijaya.
