Les phénomènes de mouillage sont au cœur de la vie quotidienne et de nombreuses applications industrielles : systèmes micro fluidiques, revêtement de surfaces, textile. Durant cette thèse, nous avons étudié différents phénomènes mettant en jeu la dynamique de la ligne de contact.Dans une première partie, nous avons réalisé une nouvelle expérience d'impact mécanique sur une plaque couverte d'une figure de souffle. Avec de l'imagerie rapide, nous avons montré que l'hystérésis de l'angle de contact induit un effet de seuil sur l'accélération nécessaire pour générer des oscillations du rayon des gouttes et provoquer leur coalescence.Dans une seconde partie, nous avons étudié en détail la dynamique de coalescence entre deux gouttes posées vibrée...
