This research has been conducted under a partnership agreement (CIFRE) between university and an associative network, and questions the effects of a national professionalization strategy on French Social Enterprises. How a standardised training implemented among professionals may generate organizational learning of on-the-job training practices, and remove their non-formal training routines? To address this question, we confront the abundant literature on Organizational Learning with works regarding Organizational Unlearning.
