In this paper, the patho-physiological dynamics of HIV-1 induced AIDS is analyzed using a system of deterministic ordinary differential equations. The mathematical model exhibits explicitly the dynamics of the HIV-1 virions during latency phase in the absence of anti-viral therapy.
