This research is related to developments in society with respect to the improvement of the quality of diagnostics and treatment and their interrelationship in Child Protection and Child Care. It focusses on the development of a system for the investigation and the reporting of disfunctional parenting (so called 2A-cases) from a pedagogic perspective by the Council for Child Protection. The core question of this research is: how can uniformity in the reporting on disfunctional parenting be obtained from a pedagogical perspective? This research is a first step in this process
