European Fruit Consumption (EUFCON), is one of the work packages of the Isafruit project. The mission of Isafruit is to improve human health through increased consumption of fruit, produced in a sustainable way. The vision of Isafruit is that better fruit quality and availability, a higher convenience of fruit and fruit products and improved consciousness of consumers leads to higher consumption. Higher consumption leads to increased health and wellbeing. The development of consumer-driven, efficient, responsive, and innovative supply chains is crucial for the growth of fruit consumption in Europe and for a competitive and sustainable Fruit Industr
