Alcohol septal ablation (ASA) provides symptomatic relief in most but not all patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). Therefore we investigated predictors of outcome after ASA.Clinical, echocardiographic, angiographic and procedural characteristics were analysed in 113 consecutive patients.
