Support for the production of a Copeland Enterprise Development Programme Phase 3, final report

This report covers Phase 3 of the research support provided to Copeland Borough Council on their Enterprise Development Programme. Since commencing this research, the Council has been successful in obtaining funds from the Government’s Town Funds Scheme for regeneration and capital investment initiatives in both Cleator Moor and Millom & Haverigg. This presented an opportunity to align the enterprise research programme with the Town Fund priorities in Copeland. Our aim, therefore, is to identify case studies of successful intervention in stimulating enterprise development in other similar parts of the North of England and south of Scotland.
