The problematic that this thesis tries to answer is to better understand the link between the physico-chemistry of liquid interfaces, stabilized by surfactant molecules, and their mechanical properties. The development of three experimental devices allowing to measure these surface properties or to evaluate the impact of the surfactant concentration on the mechanical behavior of interfaces is presented. In the first part, we show that the dynamics of surfactant molecules can greatly impact the deformation of the drop under extensional flow and that it allows, in a large majority of the cases studied, to reduce the deformations undergone by the drop compared to the case of a homogeneous interface with the same surface tension.
