Add to ORKGAs I reflect and think about how I have grown since beginning coursework in administration, I am amazed at how much more aware I have become of the educational system, my beliefs, and values. When I began my coursework two years ago, I had just finished my first year of teaching. I did not have a lot of background in education or experience to draw upon. My thoughts about administrators were that they were very busy people, but I had not really taken the time to think about all of the responsibilities and obligations that accompanied the position. I have learned many things over these past two years. I feel that as I have prepared for a principalship, I have grown as a person, a leader, and a teacher
