The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational personality on safety performance by explaining the mediating role of job satisfaction. Statistical population in this study was employees of Tehran urban train company and suburbs. The Cochran's formula was used to obtain the sample size and the cluster and random sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaire among the estimated samples. In order to collect the data, the standard questionnaire (organizational personality, safety performance and job satisfaction) was used.
