The impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown to the relationships among family members of students of DLSMHSI-SHS

The mental health of society has been jeopardized by an unforeseen shift from traditional to online learning. The COVID-19 viral outbreak is wreaking havoc on Asian businesses, as well as Asian families. Unemployment and supply shortages have had devastating repercussions, causing huge disruptions. World Vision undertook a quick assessment to learn more about COVID-19\u27s effects on children, families, and communities across the country. Students from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute - Special Health Sciences Senior High School conducted research. The findings of this quantitative study shed light on how the pandemic lockdown impacted DLSMHSI-SHS students\u27 families, particularly Grade 12 students, with an emphasis on mental health, coping mechanisms, parenting, and relationships. Despite the fact that families\u27 experiences varied, with some worsening as a result of the limits, the most common answer was the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as ties with their family members. The pandemic, according to the conclusions of this study, provided each family with an opportunity to nurture good qualities such as gratitude.
