At the beginning of every school year, students aim and strive for Academic Excellence. Academic Productivity, in the pursuit of excellence, is quantified by the grades received after each term with which students are able to gauge their hard work. In the process, however, students make particular sacrifices to pursue education with excellence— one is sleep. Sleep, and how well someone sleeps, could dictate their mood and energy before their day has even begun— most especially a student’s.
