Analizar los factores que debe cumplir el emprendimiento para ser eficiente y eficaz en el marco jurídico ecuatoriano

Entrepreneurship as an economic activity constitutes a right to work that seeks to improve the living conditions of the entrepreneur and the consumer, therefore, like other forms of work, it must comply with and guarantee the rights of its workers and consumers, and for this it needs meet key factors. As an objective, the enterprise was analyzed and the elemental factors that it must have in order for this right to be considered efficient and effective were determined. The method used was theoretical through documentary review; It was analyzed from a qualitative approach with an exploratory and descriptive scope. Concluding that government action will always be required to generate a dynamic and sustainable ecosystem of entrepreneurship, eliminating certain barriers that do not allow ventures to be stable.El emprendimiento como actividad económica constituye un derecho al trabajo que busca mejorar las condiciones de vida del emprendedor y del consumidor, por eso, al igual que otras formas de trabajo, debe cumplir y garantizar derechos a sus trabajadores y consumidores, y, para ello necesita cumplir factores primordiales. Como objetivo se analizó al emprendimiento y se determinó a los factores elementales que debe poseer para que este derecho sea considerado como eficiente y eficaz. El método usado fue el teórico a través de la revisión documental; se analizó desde un enfoque cualitativo con alcance exploratorio y descriptivo. Concluyendo que siempre se va requerir la actuación del gobierno para generar un ecosistema dinámico y sostenible de emprendimiento eliminando ciertas barreras que no permiten a los emprendimientos ser estables
