Gestión del liderazgo y su relación con el desempeño pedagógico de los docentes de la unidad educativa Babahoyo

The development of this research work occurs before the initiative to try to find out if there is a relationship between leadership management and pedagogical performance that is currently being studied in the "Babahoyo" Educational Unit. For this reason, the purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between the variables, which is based on a possible premise that there is a relationship between planning and the pedagogical strategies applied by the teachers of the Babahoyo Educational Unit.The present investigation has been non-experimental, of a descriptive correlational and cross-sectional type, we worked with a sample of 54 teachers from different specialties, from the Babahoyo Educational Unit, from the province of Los Ríos - Ecuador to whose group it was applied the questionnaires, one of the leadership management variable and another of the respective pedagogical performance variable for the collection of the required information in relation to the variables to be studied. To verify the relationship and correlation of the variables, the Pearson and R2 correlation coefficient was applied, to verify the hypotheses the t student was appliedEl desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación se da ante la iniciativa  de tratar de buscar si es que existe una relación que se dé entre la gestión del liderazgo y el desempeño pedagógico que en estos momentos viene siendo objeto de estudio en la Unidad Educativa “Babahoyo” motivo por el cual, la finalidad del estudio fue establecer la relación entre las variables la misma que parte de una posible premisa de que existe relación entre la planificación y las estrategias pedagógicas que aplican los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Babahoyo. La presente investigación ha sido no experimental, de tipo descriptiva correlacional y de corte transversal, se trabajó con una muestra de 54 docentes de las diferentes especialidades, de la Unidad Educativa Babahoyo, de la provincia de Los Ríos – Ecuador a cuyo grupo se le aplicó los cuestionarios uno de la variable gestión del liderazgo y otro de la variable desempeño pedagógico respectivos para el acopio de la información requerida en relación a las variables a estudiar. Para comprobar de terminar la relación y la correlación de las variables se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y R2, para la comprobación de las hipótesis se aplicó la t student. &nbsp
