Mujeres investigadoras adscritas al SNI. Identidades obstáculos y retos

Based on different investigations that show the situation of women researchers in Mexico, as is the case of a lower participation than men in this field, as well as their biased presence in certain areas of knowledge; due to sexism and different structural and subjective factors, this document is based on the objective of having an approach with different researchers who belong to the National System of Researchers, to inquire about their identities to know their trajectory, experiences and experiences, as well as highlight the obstacles and challenges and, where appropriate, alternatives for their entry and permanence in said system. The theoretical-methodological approach, through which the research has been carried out, is based on a mixed method with a gender perspective that allows the identification of some statistical data that is linked to subjective-identity traits, whose analysis allows clarifying the relationship between women and science. The expected results are focused on analyzing the different findings to propose routes and institutional strategies that promote the substantive participation of women in research, in order to contribute to their development, to achieve equal opportunities and scientific democracyCon base en distintas investigaciones que muestran la situación que guardan las mujeres investigadoras en México, como es el caso de una participación menor que los hombres en ese campo, así como su presencia sesgada en ciertas áreas del conocimiento; debido al sexismo y a distintos factores estructurales y subjetivos, este documento parte del objetivo de tener un acercamiento con distintas investigadoras que pertenecen al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, para indagar sobre sus identidades conocer su trayectoria, experiencias y vivencias, así como destacar los obstáculos y  retos y en su caso alternativas para su ingreso y permanencia en dicho sistema. El enfoque teórico metodológico, mediante el que se ha realizado la investigación se basa en un método mixto  con perspectiva de género que permite identificar algunos datos estadísticos que se vinculan a rasgos identitario-subjetivos, cuyo análisis posibilita esclarecer la relación mujeres y ciencia. Los resultados esperados, se enfocan a analizar los distintos hallazgos para proponer rutas y estrategias institucionales que impulsen la participación sustantiva de las mujeres en la investigación, en aras de contribuir al desarrollo de ellas, para lograr la igualdad de oportunidades y la democracia científica. &nbsp
