Based on different investigations that show the situation of women researchers in Mexico, as is the case of a lower participation than men in this field, as well as their biased presence in certain areas of knowledge; due to sexism and different structural and subjective factors, this document is based on the objective of having an approach with different researchers who belong to the National System of Researchers, to inquire about their identities to know their trajectory, experiences and experiences, as well as highlight the obstacles and challenges and, where appropriate, alternatives for their entry and permanence in said system.
