Blue background with yellow beehive in center

I chose blue because It contrasts with yellow nicely. Also because it will be less of a shock to the system as the state flag is already blue. I chose the beehive because it is arguably one of the oldest symbols of the state and I think is universally applicable to the culture of the people of Utah
