This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and non-physical work environment on turnover intention and the effect of organizational commitment as a mediation variable between emotional intelligence and non-physical work environment on turnover intention. The population in this study were all collector employees, totaling 48 people. The sample criteria in this study used saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing was carried out using path analysis and Sobel test using SPSS.
