In organizations, mobbing causes important personal, social and psychological problems, and it affects the daily lives and careers of the employees. Mobbing is a period of informal and negative behavior such as wearing away at, demoralizing, insulting and discrediting, which one or more employees apply to one or more employees in organizations.
