There are a lot of paper regarding perception of entrepreneurship and behaviour of setting up business. The popular opinion, especially stemming from implications in developing countries, about entrepreneurial behaviour considered to have an important role for developing countries as well as developed countries, is that entrepreneurial behaviour hasn't taken place without support of government. In this paper, it is tested whether there is any effect of government regulation on setting up new business or not, which is already assumption of institutional theory, and tried to determine perception of entrepreneurship in Turkey as a sample. We think that our results about perception of entrepreneurship provide important evidence against the view...
