Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), which develops due to different etiology, is a progressive, fatal disease. The diagnostic algorithm, described in guidelines is important for differential diagnosis. However, overlooked physical examination may disclose a rare disease as a cause for pulmonary hypertension.</p
