The aim of the study is to explore whether there is an effect of role stress on the employees` occupational well-being. Using a sample of 180 sales representatives working in the pharmaceutical companies in Izmir, the present study set out to examine the relationships among role stress and the employees` occupational well-being. For the purpose of this research, data for each variable and its sub-dimensions were collected by using the role stress (Rizzo et. all, 1970) and occupational well-being (Schultz, 2008) scales.
